Marinated medallions of pork on watercress salad

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 12 Pork medallions (approx. 30 g each)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 250 g Watercress
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 50 g Radish sprouts

Directions

    For the marinade, mix tomato paste, 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Wash the meat, dab dry and marinate in the marinade. For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, Sambal Oelek and 1 tablespoon honey.

    Add 2 tablespoons of oil drop by drop. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat and stir into the vinaigrette. Clean and wash the cress and shake dry. Clean, wash and slice the radishes.

    Wash the sprouts and shake dry. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Remove the meat from the marinade, while gently wiping off the marinade. Fry in the hot oil for approx. 6 minutes while turning. Mix the salad ingredients and arrange on plates with the meat.

    Drizzle salad with dressing. Bread tastes good with it.
