Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS sweet white wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON pickled green pepper
  • 1/2 package (100 g) Soft cheese with delicate blue mould (68 % fat in dry matter)
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Mix wine, salt and pepper. Whip the oil and add pickled pepper. Cut the cheese into small pieces, arrange on plates and leave to stand with the marinade. In the meantime clean, wash and dice the peppers.

    Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Mix the ingredients and pour over the cheese before serving. Serve garnished with parsley. Small salted pretzels taste good with it
