Marinated Camembert

Ingredients

  • 2 Pineapple rings (canned)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1/2 glass (185 g) Cranberries in juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 2 (125 g each) fat-reduced camembert (13 % fat)

Directions

    Cut pineapple rings into small pieces. Mix olive oil, cranberries and pepper. Add the pineapple pieces. Leave to stand for about 20 minutes. Cut camembert into small corners and arrange on plates.

    Spread fruit marinade over it. Serve with wholemeal bread.
