Marinated asparagus

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 500 g white asparagus, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar, 100 g paprika (yellow and red for example)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly some saffron, 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 salad leaves, some chervil
  • 50 g Baguette bread

Directions

    Wash the asparagus, peel and cut off the woody ends. Cook the asparagus in water with a little salt and sugar for 15-18 minutes, remove

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, some sugar and saffron. Whip the oil into it. Pour over the asparagus and let it stand for a short time. Arrange on salad with paprika. Garnish with chervil. Eat baguette with it
