Ingredients

  • 1 small mango (350 g)
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 red peppers
  • 1 TEASPOON Juice from an organic lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Peel the mango. Cut the flesh first from the stone and then into fine cubes. Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onion. Pepperoni clean, lengthwise halve, core, wash and chop finely.

    Mix all ingredients with 1 teaspoon of juice and grated zest of 1 organic lime. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
