Maccheroni with shredded pepper cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Maccheroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Pork escalope in one piece
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sweet peppers
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 400 ml Meat broth (instant)
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a frying pan. Brown the meat all around, add the onion, fry briefly and season with salt and pepper.

    Dust with flour and paprika, deglaze with cream and stock while stirring. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Wash parsley and chop finely, except for a little bit for garnishing. Arrange noodles and cream on plates, sprinkle with parsley and garnish. Serve with a mixed salad
