Ingredients

  • 250 g Maccaroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 100 g grated, medieval Gouda cheese
  • 5 Eggs
  • 3/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 15 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Break the macaroni twice and cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 10-11 minutes. Pour onto a sieve, rinse with cold water and drain. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets.

    Blanch in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Cut ham into cubes as well. Mix macaroni, broccoli, tomatoes, ham and approx. 75 g cheese and put into a greased casserole dish.

    Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, breadcrumbs and fat flakes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes.
