Maccaroni with steak strips

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 3 (150 g each) Beef hip steaks
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 300 ml dry red wine
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 400 g Maccaroni (Italian pasta)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Wash parsley, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks. Dust onion rings and parsley with flour. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash steaks, dab dry and cut into strips.

    Heat oil in a small pan. Fry onions and parsley one after the other in the hot oil. Take them out and let them drip off on kitchen paper. Add meat to the hot frying fat and fry vigorously. Add tomato paste and spring onions and fry well. Deglaze with red wine and vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. In the meantime prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Season the shredded pasta with salt, pepper and sugar. Drain noodles and add to the shredded food.
