Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 3/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package (500 g) Spaghetti
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt Pepper
  • 50 g grated pecorino cheese

Directions

    Peel and slice the garlic. Cut bacon into strips and fry in oil. Add garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Lift out with a skimmer and place on kitchen paper. Sweat flour in the frying fat, gradually add stock and cream, simmer for 10 minutes.

    Cook spaghetti according to instructions. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into strips. Drain spaghetti. Bring sauce to the boil, season with salt and pepper. Mix spaghetti with sauce, arrange on a plate and sprinkle with garlic, bacon, cheese and parsley
