Ingredients

  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 200 g Coconut flake
  • 18 Wafers (50 mm Ø each)

    Put the egg white in a fat-free mixing bowl. Whisk with the whisk of the hand mixer until very stiff, gradually adding sugar and lemon juice. Carefully fold in the grated coconut

    Spread the wafers on a baking tray. Place two teaspoons of macaroon mixture in heaps on the wafers. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 150°C/ gas: level 1) for 30-35 minutes. Remove and let cool well on a cake rack
