Macaroni with paprika mince sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sweet peppers
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 200 g Milk
  • 400 g Macaroni
  • 1 jar (280 g) roasted peppers
  • 40 g sliced parmesan cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat until it is hot. Add onion, fry briefly and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Dust with paprika powder and flour, sweat briefly and add stock and milk.

    Simmer gently for about 10 minutes. In the meantime prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions, drain and rinse. Drain the peppers in a sieve, cut into coarse pieces and add to the sauce.

    Add macaroni, bring to the boil once and season with salt and pepper. Wash the basil and add it to the macaroni, except for some garnish, cut into fine strips. Arrange the pasta in deep plates.

    Garnish with basil.
