Macaroni with hot pepper sauce (pasta sauce)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • 1 yellow and red pepper
  • 1 collar Oregano
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 150 g Chorizo sausage (Spanish pepper sausage)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 400 g Maccheroni noodles

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Wash oregano, dab dry, put some aside for garnishing, chop the rest finely. Clean the chillies, halve them and remove the seeds. Wash the pod and chop finely.

    Cut chorizo into slices. Heat the oil, fry the chorizo in it and take it out. Sauté onion, garlic and chili in the frying fat. Add oregano and paprika, fry for 1-2 minutes, turning. Add tomatoes, pour 100 ml water. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Mix sausage into the sauce, season again. Drain the pasta and let it drain.
