Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix eggs, cream cheese and milk, season well with salt and pepper. Spread a large casserole dish with some garlic butter.
Place the slices of bacon up on the edge of the mould and allow them to protrude slightly. Layer the macaroni and peas. Pour egg milk over it and fold the bacon slices over the casserole. Sprinkle with garlic butter in flakes.
Allow to stand in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 60-70 minutes. Sprinkle with Gouda 15 minutes before the end of cooking time. Serve the casserole sprinkled with marjoram.
A colourful salad tastes good with it.
