Zucchini with minced meat and cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 200 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 package (250 g) strained tomatoes
  • 2 Courgettes (about 200 g each)
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Onions peel and chop finely. Heat the oil. Fry the onion and minced meat for 10 minutes, turning them over. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Deglaze with strained tomatoes and season again. Wash and clean the zucchini and cut them diagonally into thick slices. Pour the minced sauce into an ovenproof dish.

    Spread zucchini slices on top. Dice sheep's cheese and mix with sour cream. Spread on the zucchini. Wash thyme, pluck leaves from the stems and sprinkle over the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley as desired
