Lettuce salad with mushrooms and lemon dressing

  • 75 g Radicchio Salad
  • 75 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 small red onion
  • 30 g Mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash the radicchio and lamb's lettuce. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, clean and slice the mushrooms. For the dressing mix vinegar and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

    Add oil. Arrange salad with mushrooms and diced onion. Pour dressing over it.
