Cream fat, sugar, salt and lemon peel. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Grease small baking cups and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill the dough into the baking cups. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes.
Let them cool down. Mix icing sugar and lemon juice. Spread the cake with the icing sugar and lemon juice. Decorate with sweets. Makes approx. 12 tartlets
