Lemon and pepper butter

Ingredients

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, coarse pepper, aluminium foil

Directions

    Mix butter, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. Form into a roll on aluminium foil and wrap in it. Cool for at least 2 hours. Cut into slices. Possibly use them for Easter motifs (e.g.

    rabbits) cut out.
