Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp For approx. 20 pieces
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ brocoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp ¼ chou-fleur
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 poivron
  • 200 g de farine
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 60 cl of soda water
  • 7-10 Tbsp huile de friture
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel

Directions

    1 Wash the vegetables, remove the florets from the broccoli and cauliflower. Open the pepper, remove the seeds, remove the white parts and cut it into strips. Cut the zucchini into sticks.

    2 In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and then the baking powder. Pour in the sparkling water and whisk into a homogeneous dough.

    3 Heat some oil in a frying pan. Dip the vegetables into the batter, drain them a little and dip them into the oil in small batches. Let brown for about 3 minutes. Drain them on paper towels, salt and serve.

    You can accompany these doughnuts with a spicy tomato sauce.
