Leeks mushroom pan

Ingredients

  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 100 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 75 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 100 g Cream processed cheese
  • 1 knife tip baked Sambal Oelek paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small tomato

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into large pieces. Clean, wash and dry mushrooms. Peel garlic and chop finely. Fry in hot oil. Add leek and mushrooms and fry for 5-7 minutes.

    Pour in the stock, stir in the cheese and Sambal Oelek paste. Bring to the boil once, season to taste with salt. Clean, wash and quarter the tomato. Remove seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes and sprinkle over the vegetables.

    Wholemeal baguette tastes good with it.
