Leek with minced sauce and puree

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 4 (approx. 800 g) Leek sticks (leek)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g Pork sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp or gem. minced meat
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Tomatoes
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 pack of Mashed Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 3/4 l liquid)

Directions

    Boil up about 1/2 l of lightly salted water. Clean, wash and cut the leek into 5-6 cm long pieces. Cover and steam in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the pork sausage in it until crumbly. Add tomatoes with the liquid. Bring to the boil while stirring and chop the tomatoes slightly

    Reduce the sauce in an open pan for about 10 minutes. Wash and chop the parsley. Season sauce with salt, pepper and chilli. Drain the leek well, add to the sauce

    Bring 1/2 l water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the boil, remove from the heat. Stir in milk first, then puree. Stir after 1 minute, season. Serve everything. Sprinkle with parsley
