Potato pancakes with smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 250 g new potatoes
  • 4 TSP Oil
  • 1 package (100 g) Smoked salmon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Mix eggs, 1/4 teaspoon salt and milk with a whisk. Stir in flour by the spoonful. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes.

    Wash and clean the potatoes and slice them into thin slices with a slicer. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a pan (18 cm Ø). Fry approx. 1/4 of the potato slices for 4-6 minutes, turning. Pour approx. 1/4 of the dough over the potatoes, bake to a pancake, turning once.

    Bake 3 more potato pancakes from 3 teaspoons of oil and the remaining dough. Keep the finished pancakes warm. Serve with salmon and dill.
