Ingredients

  • 1 big onion
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 disc (130 g) Meatloaf
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 stem(s) curly parsley

Directions

    Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash and clean spring onions and cut them diagonally into wide rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings. Add the spring onions and fry. Remove and keep warm. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat loaf for about 2 minutes on each side.

    Push the meat loaf to the edge of the pan. Beat the egg and put it into the pan. Fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until the egg white has set. Put onions back into the pan, sprinkle onions and egg with salt and pepper. Wash the parsley, dab dry and chop finely, sprinkle on top. Delicious with baguette
