Leberkäs skewers with fried potato noodles and creamy broccoli vegetables

Ingredients

  • 350 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 20 g Flour
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 125 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (approx. 600 g) chunk of meat loaf
  • 4 red onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g Fresh pasta (refrigerated shelf)
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Pour into a sieve, collect the cooking liquid and measure 200 ml. Heat the fat in a saucepan, sprinkle with flour and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with cooking liquid and stock and simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring. Stir in cream cheese, season with salt and pepper. Add broccoli and keep sauce warm

    Cut liver loaf into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm). Peel and quarter onions. On 8 wooden skewers alternately put three Leberkäse cubes and onion quarters. Season with pepper

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the potato noodles for 5-10 minutes, turning several times. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a second large frying pan. Fry the skewers for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Arrange broccoli, potato noodles and meat loaf on plates
