Ingredients

  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Walnut kernels
  • 100 g small onions
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 250-300 g Grapes
  • 1/2-1 Romaine lettuce, 1 frisée salad
  • 1 Radicchio salad
  • 150-200 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (possibly raspberry vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper, sugar
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Chop nuts. Peel and finely chop the onions. Clean and wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Salads clean, wash, drain and pluck smaller

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and add oil. Fold in onions and nuts. Mix with lettuce, grapes and mushrooms
