Layer salad with ham and egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) stalk of leeks
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g cooked ham in thin slices
  • 150 g pickled celery strips (glass)
  • 3-4 Pineapple Rings (Tin)
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) Corn
  • 1 Apples
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 100 g light salad cream
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Hard boil eggs. Quench, peel and let them cool down. Clean, wash and cut leek into fine rings. If necessary, pre-cook in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Quench and drain well

    Cut cooked ham into strips. Drain celery, pineapple and corn. Cut pineapple into pieces. Wash apple, quarter, core and dice. Drizzle with lemon juice. Slice the eggs.

    Mix salad cream and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Layer prepared ingredients one after the other in 4 glasses. Spread the sauce over them and put them in a cool place for about 1 hour. Garnish with parsley
