Lamb cutlet and vegetable package

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 frozen lamb chops (approx. 90 g each; e.g. New Zealand lamb)
  • 1 collar Thyme
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Defrost lamb chops in the refrigerator overnight. Wash the thyme and shake dry. Peel garlic and cut into fine slices. Mix garlic, thyme and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

    Place the chops in it and let them marinate for about 1 hour. In the meantime clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into 8 thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the feta cheese roughly. Remove the meat from the marinade and let the oil drip off a little. Place on a hot grill and grill for 3 minutes on each side. In the meantime prepare 8 foils. Place 1 cutlet in the middle of each foil. Cover with 1 slice of tomato and sprinkle some feta cheese on top. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
