Lamb and shallot skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 100 g Shallots
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 650 g Lamb filet
  • 20 Sage leaves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 Metal skewers

Directions

    Peel and possibly halve the shallots. Peel and slice the garlic. Wash lemon thoroughly and peel thickly as desired. Cut into slices. Dab lamb dry and dice.

    Put a few pieces of meat on skewers with slices of lemon, shallots and sage leaves. Fry in hot oil while turning for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic slices 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and fry with them
