Kohlrabi radish vegetables with feta

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Kohlrabi (about 350 g each)
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) white radish
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 1 Pot/bunch Basil
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Feta cheese
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS black olives
  • 150 g Cream-Yoghurt

Directions

    Clean, peel, wash and cut the kohlrabi into thin slices. Clean, wash or peel the radish and cut into thin slices. Wash and dry the lemon and grate the peel or peel it with a julienne nipper. Wash basil, shake dry and chop coarsely, except for a little to garnish

    Heat butter in a pot. Sauté the kohlrabi briefly in it. Add 5-6 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and steam over low heat for about 10 minutes.

    First cut the feta horizontally, then quarter each one diagonally. Turn the corners in flour and press well. Fold the radish into the kohlrabi, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes

    .4 Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the feta on each side for about 1 minute until golden brown. Remove the vegetables from the heat. Fold the chopped basil, lemon peel and olives into the vegetables. Stir in yoghurt, no longer cook. Season to taste again. Arrange everything and garnish with remaining basil. Flatbread tastes good with it
