Add milk, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and rice pudding to the mixing bowl and cook for 38 minutes/90 °C/right/left/level 1 without placing the measuring cup in the mixing bowl lid.
Pour the rice pudding into a bowl, cover and leave to swell for about 15 minutes. Then serve sprinkled with brown sugar, cinnamon, orange peel and coconut chips.
