Kohlrabi-carrot vegetables with dumplings

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 300 g Kohlrabi
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Mett
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 75 g Whipped cream
  • 2 packages fine light sauce Dutch style
  • 1 Pot of chervil

Directions

    Peel, wash and cut carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes into small pieces. Bring 1/2 litre salted water to the boil. Cover the vegetables and cook them for about 15 minutes. Then drain and store the stock. In the meantime peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced pork and onion. Season with salt and pepper and form into small balls.

    Fry in hot oil while turning for about 5 minutes. Pour vegetable stock and cream into a pot. Stir in sauce powder and bring to the boil. Heat up vegetables and dumplings in it. Wash and chop the chervil and add to the sauce. If necessary season with salt and pepper
