Preparation. Remove the shells of the king prawns. Cut the prawns open along the back and pull out the black intestine with a sharp knife. Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Drain and slice the olives.
Peel garlic and chop very finely or press it through a garlic press. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and fry until golden brown. Fry the prawns for 1 minute on each side.
Add the olives to the pan and warm them up briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Sprinkle over the prawns. Serve with fresh white bread.
