Kasseler steak with green beans

Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g green beans
  • 1-2 stem(s) fresh or 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 discs (50 g each) lean Kasseler (boneless)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 1/2 TEASPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries

Directions

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Clean and wash the beans. Cover and cook in little boiling salted water for about 15 minutes

    Wash the thyme, remove the leaves. Wash the cured pork loin and pat dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the smoked pork on each side for about 2 minutes. Season with pepper. Remove

    Deglaze the meat with 100 ml water and milk, bring to the boil and bind. Stir in thyme. Season with salt, crushed pink berries or pepper. Drain potatoes and beans. Serve everything
