Kasseler on tomato beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 -1 small red peppers
  • 3-4 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Kidney Beans
  • 2 Leek sticks (leek)
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp chili powder or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper

Directions

    Wash the meat and pat dry. Place it on the grill over the fat pan. Roast in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 1 1/4 hours

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into halves or quarters. After about 20 minutes, place them on the fat pan. Season and drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil over it

    Carve the peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into fine rings. Brush the roast with honey about 15 minutes before the end of the roasting time. Sprinkle with pepperoni and pepper

    Rinse the beans briefly and let them drain. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the leek in it for about 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and juice and chop a little. Add the beans. Simmer everything briefly, season with salt, pepper and chilli. Remove meat from the bone. Serve with tomato beans and potatoes
