Kasseler cutlet Holsteiner style with mixed pickles and mashed potatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 released pork chops (approx. 200 g each)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 (83 g each) Bag mashed potato flakes
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 150 ml cold, low-fat milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 glass (370 ml) mixed pickles

Directions

    Rinse meat, dab dry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan in portions. Fry 2 chops one after the other over a high heat for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Take out and keep warm

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Bring 500 ml water and 1 teaspoon salt to the boil. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the puree flakes quickly with a wooden spoon. Add fat to the puree, do not stir in and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Add chives, except for a little bit for garnishing, and milk, stir in carefully

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the eggs in it at medium heat for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Arrange mashed potatoes, 1 cutlet and mixed pickles on plates. Put 1 fried egg on each cutlet. Sprinkle mashed potatoes with chives
