Galettes with brie and figs

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 150 g Buckwheat flour
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 4 ripe figs
  • 300 g Brie cheese (60 % fat)
  • 4 TSP clarified butter

Directions

    Put flour, salt and 1 egg in a large bowl. Gradually add milk and 250 ml of water to make a smooth dough. Chill for about 1 hour

    Wash and clean the figs and cut them into slices. Cut cheese into slices. Stir the dough once again

    Heat 1 teaspoon of clarified butter in two flat pans (approx. 24 cm Ø). Pour some batter into the pan, immediately spread thinly with a crêpe batter spreader. Bake until the dough has set and the lower side is golden brown. Turn the galettes and continue baking briefly. Keep finished galettes warm. Bake further galettes with the remaining fat and dough. Arrange the galettes and cover with cheese and figs
