  • 2 Baby pineapple
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 750 g Kassel
  • 3/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kebabs

Directions

    Peel, halve and slice the pineapple. Peel onions, cut into thick slices. Wash the cured pork, cut into thin slices. Skewer prepared ingredients and cook in lightly boiling broth for 3-4 minutes.

    Herb pesto tastes good with it.
