Cut the meat into small cubes. Heat oil in a pot and fry the meat in it. Add the pan-fried vegetables and sauté. Add the stock and cook for ten minutes.
Pour boiling water over glass noodles, let them swell for four minutes, drain and chop them a little bit. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fillets out of the parting skins.
Season stew with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek. Add glass noodles and orange filets.
