Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Dab Kassler dry and cut into large cubes. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the Kassler in it while turning. Add the potatoes and fry both until golden brown.
Add kale, pour in broth and bring to the boil. Let stew simmer for about 30 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Arrange stew in a bowl and sprinkle with raisins.
