Wash and drain the raisins. Mix the flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 pinch of salt and milk with the whisks of the mixer. Stir in eggs briefly. Stir in the raisins.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan with lid. Add half the dough and bake with lid on one side at medium heat until golden brown.
Slide onto a large flat lid or round plate and put the unbaked side back into the pan. Allow to rise briefly, then tear up the dough. Add 1 tbsp. butter, sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar and continue to fry the dough all around.
Remove from the pan and keep warm in a hot oven (approx. 50 °C).
Bake another Kaiserschmarrn from the remaining dough in the remaining butter and with 1 teaspoon sugar. Dust Kaiserschmarrn thickly with icing sugar. Serve with cranberries from the glass.
