Kabanossi tomato pan with mini mozzarella

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (150 g) Mini-Mozzarella balls
  • 300 g Kabanossi
  • 1 kg Meat Tomatoes
  • 4 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2-3 stem(s) Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella. Cut Kabanossi into thick slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut into large pieces. Peel onions, also cut into large pieces. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the sausage in it and take it out. Briefly sauté the onions and garlic in the hot frying fat, add the tomatoes and braise everything over a medium heat for about 5 minutes.

    Wash oregano and shake dry. Chop the leaves finely. Add the Kabanossi, oregano and mozzarella to the tomatoes and heat until the mozzarella has melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Do everything. Ciabatta goes with it.
