Separate two eggs. Stir 1 egg, egg yolk, flour, milk and salt until smooth. Stir raisins into the dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough. Heat half of the butter in a coated pan. Add half of the dough and fry over medium heat.
Turn the Kaiserschmarrn around and tear into pieces with 2 forks. Fry some more, take it out and keep it warm. Fry the second Kaiserschmarrn in the same way. Roast almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Arrange Kaiserschmarrn with the almonds on plates. Dust with icing sugar and serve
