Mix egg, milk, salt and flour with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and stir in. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Mix both with quark and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the fat in a frying pan and fry the dough until golden brown. Place the turkey breast on the pancake and spread the quark mixture on top. Roll up the pancakes and cut into pieces. Serve with salad and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Serve with sweet and sour sauce
