Jam from blackberries and currants

Ingredients

  • 500 kg blackcurrants
  • 500 g Blackberries
  • 1 package (500 g) Gelling sugar 2:1
  • 100 ml blackcurrant liqueur

Directions

    Select the berries, wash and drain well. Juice the berries with a berry press

    Mix jam sugar, berry juice and liqueur, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour hot jam immediately into clean, tightly sealed jars. Close the glasses and place them on the lid for about 5 minutes. Turn glasses upside down again and let them cool down
