Fry the meat or substitute in salt and pepper with butter in a large frying pan (do not add water because it must boil in its own juice).
Prepare rice: soak in medium warm water for 5 minutes (rice does not stick then and is more stomach-friendly - starch is removed) - drain rice.
Place the rice in the large pan with the appropriate amount of water (according to the cooking instructions on the packaging) and cook as normal.
To finish with: caraway, salt & pepper and the chili (if it may be slightly hot).
