Ingredients

  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 50 g Ciabatta bread
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp some olives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pine nuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella and cut into cubes. Wash and clean the tomatoes. First cut into slices, then halve them. Cut ciabatta into larger cubes. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Fry garlic and bread pieces briefly. Pluck the basil leaves. Mix the prepared ingredients and fill into a ramekin. Add olives and sprinkle with pine nuts.

    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with fresh basil.
