Mix flour, baking powder, 60 g sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Mix with eggs, yoghurt and grappa to a tough, thick dough
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or in a high pot to approx. 180 °C. Cut out the dough with 2 tablespoons of cam and bake in portions in hot oil for 4-5 minutes until golden brown
Drain the donuts on kitchen paper. While still warm, turn them in 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. Dust with icing sugar. Serve with stewed cherries and vanilla
