Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1/2 380 g jar (drained: 180 g) Cocktail sausages
  • 2 Onions
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Gherkins
  • 8 discs Baguette
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 8 Metal skewers

Directions

    Carve the sausage several times with a sharp knife. Peel and slice the onions. Clean and wash the tomatoes, unscrew the stalks. Cut cucumbers into pieces.

    Cut baguette slices in half. Put sausages, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and bread alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil while turning for about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley leaves as desired

    Cut 4 strips from parchment. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/gas: see manufacturer). Rinse fish and pat dry. Place fish fillets one by one on the paper strips, twist together at the ends, spread curry tomato sauce on the fish fillets.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Close the parchment strips to form packets. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Rice tastes good with it
