Honeydew melon shake

Ingredients

  • 1 Column (approx. 300 g) Honeydew melon
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Peel the melon, remove the seeds and cut it roughly into pieces. Puree melon, cream cheese and lemon juice. Puree apricots with juice from the can. Season melon mixture with honey and put it into glasses with ice cubes.

    Add the apricots and mix as desired. Decorate with mint.
