Finely chop the chocolate. Drain the mandarins. Mix honey, eggs and spice. Mix in sugar. Mix flour, baking powder and chocolate and stir in. Carefully fold in nuts and mandarins. Grease the fat pan of the oven and dust with flour.
Pour in the dough and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Let them cool down. Chop the chocolate coating and carefully melt with coconut oil over a warm water bath. Cut the cake into pieces. Spread couverture on the pieces and decorate with gold leaf. Leave to dry
