Coarsely grate the chocolate. Mix honey, eggs and spices. Add sugar. Mix flour, baking powder and chocolate and stir in. Add nuts. Grease a box form (30 cm length).
Pour in the dough and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 60 minutes. Turn out onto a cake rack and let it cool down. Warm up the jam, coat the cake with it and sprinkle with sugar crystals.
Stewed apricots and semi-stiff whipped cinnamon cream taste great with it. Makes about 16 slices.
